Balanced  Vitamin C supplement.

Contains balanced amounts of ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate and calcium ascorbate (Vitamin Ester C) and bioflavonoids. Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin that is important for the connective tissue that keeps the body’s tissues and organs together, cartilage, teeth, the body’s collagen and important for healing of sores and fractures.

Vitamin C is an antioxidant that neutralizes free radicals. In the nervous system, vitamin C is included in the formation of important signal substances. In addition to being an antioxidant in itself, vitamin C also works so that other antioxidants like vitamin E and glutathione are kept in the chemical form where they function best as antioxidants.

Low consumption of fruits and vegetables makes it necessary for many to take vitamin C supplements. Vitamin C is water-soluble and therefore there is little risk of overdosage.
